Before You Start

The quick answers most people want before they create an account.

Three kinds of personalized content, all built around the person you support: Stories (illustrated, page by page), Routines (ordered steps to check off), and Token Boards (a goal, a reward, and tokens to work toward it). You make all three by chatting with an assistant.

Premium is $14.99 a month and GentleVoice is $21.99 a month, both billed monthly. There is also a Free plan so you can try it before you pay anything.

The Free plan includes 3 free creations to use on any mix of Stories, Routines, and Token Boards. They're one time and never reset, so you can see exactly how it works with your own person before deciding.

On the web, Premium and GentleVoice both come with a 14-day trial. If you sign up through the mobile app there is no separate trial, but the Free plan is always available.

Yes. You can cancel from your account at any time and keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.

Not today. There is no PDF, print, or file export. You can share any Journey with a public link, and that link works on every plan including Free.

Personalization uses the first names, photos, and descriptions you add, and creating anything requires a one-time consent to use that information to generate your content. You stay in control of what you add.
