• Child profile details (appearance and interests you describe)
• Supports you create (stories, routines, token boards)
• Optional: photos you upload and optional voice recordings
• Payment data is handled by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

How we use your data

We only use your information to create and improve your personalized supports. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Photos

Photos help our AI understand appearance so illustrations look like your child.

• Photos are used to generate a text description for illustrations
• After that description is created, the original photo is discarded

GentleVoice (voice cloning)

• You can record ~30–60 seconds of audio to create a private voice profile
• The original recording is used for processing and is not kept
• Your cloned voice is only usable within your account
• Delete your account to permanently remove associated voice profiles

Payments

We use Stripe to process payments. Your card information never touches our servers.

Sharing

Everything you create is private by default. You choose what to share by downloading and sending PDFs to people you trust.

Security

• Encryption in transit and at rest
• Least-privilege access and strict logging

Children's privacy

We follow children’s privacy best practices, including COPPA compliance. We collect only what’s needed to deliver personalized supports.

Data retention & deletion

• Keep what you create as long as you need it
• Delete your account anytime to permanently remove your data and voice profiles
