Daily Plan
The Daily Plan is where you build someone's day, then hand it over to work through on their own. On the caregiver side you plan today; the person gets a stripped-down view that shows one journey at a time, with a Start button and nothing to edit.
What it is
The Planner lives on your dashboard, in the person's Daily Plan card. To build the day you add content you already have, Routines, Stories, and Token Boards, each with an optional time of day and a repeat rule. There's no week or month view: it plans today, and repeats are handled by rules rather than a calendar.
The launched plan is the other half: a focused view you hand to the person. It shows today's journeys in order, a "Next up" card with a Start button, a progress bar, and a celebration. On screen it's titled with the person's name, followed by "Daily Plan."
On purpose, the person-facing side has no editing controls. Building and changing the day happens on the caregiver side, and the person just works through what's there.
How it works
Find the Daily Plan card
On the dashboard, find the card headed with the person's name and "Daily Plan." On Premium with nothing planned yet, it shows "No plan for today yet."
Add journeys
Select "Add journey" on the card, marked with a plus icon. Pick from your existing library using type filters and search, or jump out to create something new. The picker opens right on the card, so the day stays in view.
Choose when it appears
Every add runs through "When should this appear?", which offers three options: Just today, Every day, and Specific days. Specific days shows a row of day chips with Monday through Friday preselected, and because it takes any weekday you can put a journey on tomorrow by picking tomorrow's day. Each item also takes an optional time, or "No set time," which shows as Anytime. A live summary sentence states the result, like "Will appear on Mon, Wed until removed, at 8:00 AM."
Reorder if you want
Untimed journeys have up and down arrows to set their order. Timed journeys sort by their time. Once the day has at least one timed item, rows sit under Morning, Afternoon, and Evening bands, and an untimed row takes the band of the timed row above it.
Changes save as you go
Each add, edit, remove, or reorder commits immediately. There's no separate Save step.
Launch the plan
Once today has items, select the launch button labeled with the person's name. Set a PIN to protect the exit back to the main dashboard, or skip it.
Work through it
The person sees a "Next up" card with a Start button. Start opens the player for that item. Finishing it checks the item off and returns to the plan, and the completion shows back on your Daily Plan card as a completion circle. The reset control in the header asks first: "Reset today's progress?" over "Everything checked off today gets unchecked. The plan itself stays the same."
How the day keeps itself straight
Items with a time are ordered by the clock. Items without a time show as "Anytime" and fall in right after the last timed item before them. The whole plan keys off the device's local date, so the header date and the list always agree, and an evening completion lands on the right day. The day also rolls over on its own shortly after local midnight, and re-checks whenever the device wakes, so a tablet left running overnight is showing today's plan, not yesterday's.
Plans and limits
- Free
- No access. The web page redirects, and the Daily Plan card shows an upgrade card inviting you to build the person's day. You can't author or view a plan on Free.
- Premium
- Full access. Build and launch daily plans with no limit on how many items you put on a day. You need at least one Routine, Story, or Token Board first, otherwise the plan prompts you to create one.
- GentleVoice
- Same as Premium: full access, no item limit, and you need at least one Routine, Story, or Token Board before a plan will open.

Troubleshooting
What it does not do
- There's no weekly or monthly calendar and no date picker. The planner covers today, and other days are reached through repeat rules.
- Repeats don't take an end date, and there are no per-occurrence exceptions. A repeat runs until you remove it.
- The web app sends no reminders at all. Reminders live only in the mobile app, only for items with a time, and only on the device they were turned on.
- It doesn't generate content. The planner schedules content you already have, and creating something new jumps out to the chat.
- There's no combined or "Everyone" plan. Each plan tracks one person's day, and Everyone mode asks you to pick a person.
- Timed journeys are ordered by their time and can't be moved by hand; only untimed journeys can be reordered.
- Free accounts can't build or view a plan. The planner is Premium and GentleVoice only.
